On December 7th, 2018 Dr Karen Jayne KLINGENBERG ordered that Patient H was to be treated with 1mg Risperidone, contrary to the restriction 43797 issued by Health Canada.
She's an idiot. Moreover, a funny thing showed up when I was reviewing the notes, not only did the idiot prescribe 1mg of Risperidone (contrary to even their own safety guidelines, and in total violation of R43797) which tells me that she doesn't like her job. Well, not well enough to exercise due diligence.
